The ideal time for newborn pictures is usually 10 days or less. This little guy was 6 weeks old, but was so sleepy and calm! He was actually one of my easiest babies. He is a precious gift from God and so totally adorable.

When clients give you hugs and say "thank you" over and over at the end of the session, you know they have become friends. This family was so sweet and easy to work with! Even though it was a hot day, they looked great and I loved the colors they chose.

Friendship! {I Heart Faces Photo Challenge}

The theme over at I Heart Faces this week is "friendship". I love this picture from a session this past spring. Julie, 8 Years Old {Austin, TX Children Photographer}

Julie's Grandma wanted pictures of her for her 8th birthday, and a few of them together. Grandma dyed her hair RED for Julie's birthday so they would both be redheads! So sweet! Julie is a beautiful girl, inside and out, and loved having her picture taken!

It's hard to believe that the holidays are fast approaching! It's a busy time for all of us, and sometimes the annual Christmas card is forgotten about until the last minute. Book your holiday mini session now to ensure plenty of time to get prints and send them out to family and friends.

 What you get:

•  A 20-30 minute session in the South Austin area
• Up to 6 People (each additional person, $10.00 each)
•  5-7 images on disk with print release, with option to purchase more images
•  Your cost: $100(including $25.00 deposit to secure your date)

Little Princess "L" {Austin, TX, Newborn Photographer}

This sweet girl did not want to fall asleep or let go of her pacifier!  Her older siblings were playing at the park with Grandma and I didn't want to keep her too long :), so we settled on getting one good pose. She finally went to sleep at the end and I love the results! Her Mommy is a friend of mine and a wonderful woman and Mom. Congratulations!

I am now playing catch up, posting my summer sessions one by one. This family was a total BLAST to take pictures of, and it's always fun to spend time with friends! I loved the colors they chose--it made for vibrant, beautiful photos!

6 Months Old! {Austin, TX, Baby Photographer}

 My youngest just turned 6 months old. He has stolen all of our hearts with his big toothless smile and content laid back personality, and we love him to death! With an older sister, brother and parents who love him that much, he gets totally smothered with a billion kisses every single day. :)

I Heart Faces {Summer Fun!}

It has been a very, very long time since I have blogged. Too long! Now that summer is over, I am going to post regularly again, starting with this I Heart Faces challenge, "Summer Fun". We got to go to the beach this year with my family and my kids could not get enough of the sand and water.

MIA {Austin, TX Newborn Photographer}

I gave birth to this sweet little guy last week and cannot get enough kisses and cuddles out of him! For that reason, I'll be MIA for a while as I recover, adjust to 3 kids in the house and enjoy them at the same time. Sessions will resume in late April.
