I was very partial to this session, because I got to shoot my beautiful sister! It also makes me feel very old that she is graduating this year, but we won't talk about that! :) She loves to read, so we started in the library, and then moved on to some beautiful locations in Kyle, Texas. She is so photogenic and made my job so easy.  

The "S" Family {Austin, TX Family Photographer}

This lovely family drove a ways for their session and the kids were still happy and well behaved when they got here, despite being in the car for a while! :) Technically their pictures are outdated now because they have since added a precious baby boy, but I still wanted to post because I loved their session! It was pretty cold for Texas that day, but the sun gives the illusion that it was warm and gorgeous. :)
 This is one of my favorite locations in Kyle, TX--so many great options for beautiful natural backdrops--and I have used it a lot this year!

The "C" Family {Austin, TX Family Photographer}

It is really cold in most of the country right now, so March is a good a time as any to share a classic Christmas shoot, right?! :) Let me just say, these guys were troopers. It was very, very cold this day and yet somehow they managed to still look fabulous! We had to step inside a few times to warm up and let my fingers thaw out so I could continue to shoot. ;) Enjoy, and Merry Christmas in March! :)

I've been photographing this family for several years now. I have loved watching their boys grow up over the years--and at the end of the session they had a surprise announcement! I've kept it a secret for a while, but now their news is out! Enjoy!

This is the second year doing pictures for this family, and they are just awesome! Close-knit, fun loving and kept me laughing the entire time! They requested their shoot take place at the Austin Capitol building, which is always a great choice because it looks great year-round! The V Family {Austin, TX Family Photographer}

I love my mini sessions this time of year. They are quicker sessions, but the families get several shots to choose from for the annual Christmas card!

 I just love this family, and their blonde haired-blue eyed boys are adorable and so sweet! Baby was especially smiley, until it came to a few single shots for his first birthday. ;)
